Day 344

Same agenda for today. Walk and weed. The sun makes all the difference in motivation. I spent an hour with the tutorial and didn’t feel like I  had made progress except to say I did it. I’ll do it again today. I want to be ready to make a new blog by my birthday. I will use the prompts from Kay’s book. The dictate ap will take practice. Maybe Rosalie will feel better today and come to help me. First, breakfast.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
