Day 343

Yesterday I took a long walk with a couple of detours and social events! Good talk with Jim and Bob about life and times. Asked about the word program at the tech place and didn’t get an answer so asked Rosalie for her assistance with 365 word. I may watch the BOS or not.  I’m losing interest in the same old stuff.  It’s cold now but  I  aim to both walk and weed. I’m making inroads into the rose garden. It’s time for pruning and food. It's okay to enjjoy the day.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
