Day 339

Walked around the block! The wind was cold and I was happy with making the effort.  Today I will repeat and hope to extend it a couple of blocks. I need vegs and we won’t be going to the farmstand tomorrow as Hollie has a breakfast date in Brookings.  The house needs attention and I will clean the bathroom and vacuum at least. As soon as the sun hits the rose garden I will get at the grass that has overtaken. Hollie got the rose food for me.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
