day 310

 


I spent yesterday hunkered down with blankets and dogs. It’s too cold for comfort. My radiator works all day and all night but my house is a barn and it’s hard to heat. I came in the house this morning to find food. Leftovers and maybe new stuff too. The dinner was perfect. Wonderful beef plus lots of roots and squashes. Good feelings and all was well. Ready to cover up again for this very cold day.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
