Day 308

 


I did not take a lap robe, scarf, gloves, hat and big coat and go to church. The bishop has said windows and doors open for ventilation as a covid response and it was 43 degrees outside. I was in my comfy spot and glad for it. This morning was aa reup of discipline and I’m glad for that too. Already have 3K steps, shower, netti pot and all the supplements that I have avoided. I have broken the depression. Now fun with family for dinner.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
