Day 289

 

Wet dark morning. Short agenda, a visit to GO for bananas and eggs. Meg came for family happy hour and we drank wine and heard her stories. Her work life is most of her conversation with a little Ben and dogs and chickens too. We have no experiences to share in this  isolation world. I used the new pad to look up the story of Amazing Grace for my story prompt.  I saw a documentary once andi is a powerful story.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
