Day 277

 


Back to the work. That was the sickest I’ve ever been for a UTI. Sick and unmotivated. I did come in the house for Thanksgiving dinner but that was all. I missed the prep fun with the family. Today I will go to church for the first Sunday in Advent. Then back under my blanket with the dogs. Its’ cold and wet outside so I don’t feel  the need to emerge for exercise.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
