Day 271

 


Using my left hand a bit. It gets tired and the aaas show  up. 39 degrees and only 59 in my house when I got up. The thermostat is a now and then  thing.  Laundry is in the washer and clean sheets are on the bed. That’s it for  domestic chores today. When it warms up a lot, I will walk around the block again. Its’ far enough for now. I need a long restful sleep. Maybe tonight. The tossing and turning only mess up the bed..

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
