No walk yesterday. Flat after church. Glad I went but my hearing makes it a strain. It’s time to get a remedy to missing out on hearing. Eric Duff’s last service for us. I like  him. He’s moving away. Today is story group and I’m glad. It is the high pint in the week. Michele will pick me up if it’s raining and it most certainly will be. I’ll tell about modeling saving my perception of fhe young lady body. I hope to feel well. I’m needy for a good day.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
