Restless night. Sticky and into the shower early. My night awake times seemed to be about not having paper copies of my stories. I have enjoyed telling instead of reading but no paper in the file folder. Is it important to keep copies? I miss having the stories here in the blog . I told about the trip to Minneapolis, the elder journey and one other. Maybe when my tremor goes away, I can reconstruct enough to get it printed. Church and a walk today.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
