Day 253

 


Yesterday I did not feel well. It was probably the new medication for the tremor. I felt disconnected and more than tired. I had an awful walk with the running need and unable to stop and slow down. It’s scary. Restless sleep and wakeful night.. It is storming wet and windy. Later we will all go for our third Moderna shot. I havae good food and will take care of nutrition.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
