Day 213

 


I had a good walk yesterday and it felt so free after four days in the house. I took pears to the museum and had a check in visit with Karen. Otto has covid and was waiting for her test results. There are no safe  places. Max won’t be back either. Our county won’t get the immunization rate up to the needed number to be safe. Guess I’m stuck with a mask forever. We have our routines for shopping and errands that make us as safe as possible.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
