Day 204

 


Hollie took JuJu on our walk to the market. She is good on the leash. We bought a lot of produce. We filled the basket on the walker so the walk home uphill was a bit more exercise than the usual walk. I enjoy the fresh food from our farmers. It makes cooking more fun. Kind of smoky this  morning and I will walk before the wind starts up again. Had a GI shower this morning. Only way to shampoo with the small water heater. Now breakfast.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
