Day 201

 


Sundays was aa good one. I cleaned the sunporch and removed the early Halloween decorations from the windows. I took two walks and both felt  wonderful. Today the smoke is bad again and I will wait a while in hopes the wind will come from the west. I do have floors to take care of and I have a plan to zentangle the hydrangea bush in front. I saw how to do that on you tube  I feel better when I stay away from snacks.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
