Day 197


Oh golly, two events already today/!  We were at Walmart at 7 am. Very few shoppers and we zoomed around and filled our lists and  home before 8. The other event was leaving JuJu home by herself for her first time. She sat  on the back of Chuck’s chair and was fine. Maybe her horrible abandonment issue is gone. There was a time when she would have chewed a  hole in the door. Now a day to plan for mood elevation and some positive changes

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
