day 195

 


Jake gets his nails cut later today. He has been clinking on the floor with his claws. It’s late because the groomer was in quarantine.  It’s smoky so I may or may not walk. I didn’t yesterday and really missed it. Long conversation with Rosalie about everything. I enjoy the way our subjects change and off we go. We are wondering when law enforcement with release information about the shooting in her neighborhood. Minor  housework k and some garden clearing is in order. That’s all.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
