day 190

 


Got the onions. No pesto roll. Brandon wasn’t there. Had another running from death incident on the way  hone. Another woman driver who couldn’t see my pink hat and red walker. I was achy after that  with sore hip joints and knees. Just not a runner. Today we are going for errands in the car because the smoke is bad today. Hope for a visit from Michele who was scheduled yesterday but I asked for time. There is always weeding and watering chores. Megan likes her job.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
