Day 179

 


Out early to Walmart and a quick trip for necessaries. I wanted a shower mat and a soap caddy. The old strips were coming up and I dropped shampoo that slicked up the floor.   I don’t want to slip and fall. It would not be a good time for an accident with the e hospital; crowded with covid.  Two short walks yesterday and I enjoyed being outside. Minor smoke today and less wind. I took my NO ballot to the ballot box. Feel better again today.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
