Day 178

 


Monday again and the same old thing. Long phone conversation with Rosalie about getting ready for winter. NO, I don’t want to think about it yet. She is planning a genealogy study after learning about her Armenian ancestors from a distant source. Now she wants to delve into her Polish roots. I’m not interested in my forebears.  But  I would like to have a plan. There is still learning thee 365 Word program so I can enjoy the computer. I want to use the dictate feature.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
