Day 174

 


Jesse found a couple of spots to burn  on my face. Always the nose and eyebrows. Oh well. Today is my visit to the dentist. Not concerned about it. I take care of my teeth. I don’t like the digging part.  It’s blowing like mad so the walk will be exercises as well. The air is slightly brown. Lots off watering needed with the wind as  it  dries out the plants so fast. Maybe call someone or at least have a text conversation. I’m lonely.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
