day 173

 

I had a long walk and three errands too. The wind is harsh and beating up our flowers and crops. No help with that today. The hedge guy is coming to restore order to our unruly  hedge. Later, I have an appointment with our derm he will find anything of interest. Still foggy from a deep dream that JuJu interrupted. It was a good one about  having news for a bunch of people. All I remember now it that it had to do with getting a boat.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
