Day 171

 

 We went to two stores and took on lots of things we needed and lots that we didn’t need. I enjoyed being out of the house. I know it’s for the best but I do get  stir crazy. My cupboards look better and there are snacks too. Later, Michele is coming to visit!!!! I need conversation and she is one of the best. Rosalie and I talk on the phone as she is as cautious as it gets. Even with masks, face to face is best.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
