Day 168

 


Well, yesterday was not productive. I did get 6K steps on the rebounder during commercials as I sat most of the day. No motivation for anything creative or domestic. Oh well, the timeless droop is back in full force. Today I’ll talk with Rosalie about cancelling story group. The choices are: church room with masks, her house with masks in the smoke, or cancel. I’m voting for cancel at least until after Labor Day. I need a news fast but won’t do it. Tied to news.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
