Day 166

 


I need to get out of the house after two weeks inside. No duty but a walk to the farmers’ market will help. I want more of the walla walla onions. The smoke is noticeable and the air is brown and the sun is red. Not our favorite color. I hope to connect with Michele soon. I know Rosalie won’t visit in person but we have long phone conversations. My people need is strong and I am dulled out by  isolation. Might try the computer again.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
