Day 165

 


Yesterday was flat.. No activity. Sat and ate. Only my fingers exercised as they changed channels. I don’t have any wind for my sails. I need to stop watching news especially around here. It’s so scary with the divisions and the anger. We are safe and snug  in our pod. I told Karen that I would not be back for museum duty as Chuck is so fearful that I would bring home the bug. It is the only break from routine but it’s okay for now.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
