Day 163

 


Woke up without a headache for the first time in a couple of weeks. Whatever has been bothering me must be gone finally. Rosalie aand I talked for an hour last night aand we decided to wear necklaces of garlic, carry crosses and silver bullets to keep the covid away; It is so scary out at this time due to our stubborn people who won’t vax or stay home. The fair will be over today and then two weeks from  now, egads. WE will be all right.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
