Day 159

 


Just not well. Itchy and achy. No museum duty today. I’m in until I feel well. No pushing the limits. I did get a few steps on the rebounder and it felt good to stir up my body. At least I can move lymph and get my heart rate up a bit. No company either. I’ll ask Michele to  come later. Maybe by Friday I’ll feel social. I watered my side of the yard and the rose garden will get wet later. It’s dense wet fog .

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
