Day 155

 


The itchy rash that started Wednesday while I was at the museum has spared up both arms and patches on my back. It prevented me from sleeping and resting and I am tired. I need t o know what it is and get  it fixed. I had a good walk yesterday in the first really beautiful day we have had all summer. Today fog is down to the ground. I had tomatoes and cucumbers in my salad from the greenhouse. Waterd everything well. Hope for progress.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
