Day 152

 

Frustration again and I gave up and closed the lid on the computer. I just can’t figure it out by myself. I need a teacher, not a tech. Great hamburger at Megan’s. Ben is a grill master and everything tasted so good. Lively chatter and laughing. Sometime in the night I as angry about church. I need to deal with that. Had a good walk to Fifth stret. No pushing the next block. Board of Supervises meeting later. It’s damp and humid and I will walk .

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
