Day 150

 


My mind is occupied with push-pull of church. Yes, I want to be at the service No, I want to be in church and not at Gayle’s property. If I go, I may say something about the exclusive group that is keeping the doors closed and I’m not sure I can go along to get along. The dilemma is taking up a lot of my energy. I walked yesterday and that is about all. I felt dull and un motivated. It’s okay now and then.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
