Day 146

 

The lesson was productive. Danette fixed my e-mail to Outpost so I can dictate there too. I learned some rules and now it’s’ up to me to practice until I get it down. I enjoy her expertise and patience. She left instructions and Hollie listened and is prepared to help me. Then I had a 5K walk and didn’t get tired for the first time in weeks. It felt so good to push and succeed. Today is museum duty. Jake and JuJu go to the vet.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
