Day 145

 


Story group was its usual amazing self. I love being part of it. I wish one of the others would take over leadership but there I am doing it. No walk and I suffered without it. Just couldn’t do it. Hollie saved me from starvation as I came home from group hungry and there was pork teriyaki. So good and brightened me up. Today Working Mouse is coming to give me a lesson. I want to learn to use the computer’s options. I still have stories to share.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
