Day 144



I actually forgot to turn on church. Never happened before. I realized it about noon. I walked to the post office but didn’t  distance stretch at all. Just no energy for pushing. Restless sleep. I kept worrying about telling my story to the computer. Lots of memories kept flying by and I have lots of experience to share in stories. Later I dreamed that I was trying to explain what’s happened to my left arm and nobody would listen. Mostly snacked and way too many blueberries

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
