Day 140

 

JuJu has medicine for her allergy condition and she is more relaxed already. She spent all morning in the office and was tired when she was home. The museum was busy with interesting visitors and I enjoy being there. I had a good walk by leaving  early and going the ATM on the way. Karen Wert called and wants me to go to Gayle’s when the bishop comes. Showing up would imply approval and I don’t approve of the exclusive group. I want church in church.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
