Day 137

 


Wonderful afternoon with Megan and Ben as they hosted a barbecue. Lots of laughing and tons of food.  Their yard is a mess of weeds. Too much property for easy care. I did a load of weeds from the side of my sunporch and I want to plant grass up close. The roses are doing a great job of brightening my yard. I had a longer walk and it felt great to push. Again today I will get myself going toward easier walking. Hello Monday morning.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
