Day 136

 


I did not push the walking. Happy to do the block and get home. No energy for extra exertion. Cleaned out the house closet and made choices about what to keep and how to move the other items. I have room now and I like the convenience. May watch church if it works today. I’m not interested in watching later when it replays. I’m waiting for real church and the 25th is the date when the bishop is coming. Lots of weeds are calling for atattention.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
