Day 131

 


Good sleep! Feel caught up after the exhaustion from the Fourth noises. Tea and stories was wonderful as always. Lisa fit right in. I gave the code and the security job to Michele. I don’t want the responsibility. Hollie and I are going to explore 365 and see if it has a voice ap that would allow me to write without writing. I have avoided learning it and the time has come to embrace the dreaded learning curve. It’s time to feed the roses too.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
