Day 127

 


 No visit with Cerise but Ellen brought a bag of vegetables and it was welcome as that is the basis of my food plan. Hollie feels better so we may go shopping for the close organizers. I’ll wait a while to be sure she is well enough. I took the longest walk that I  have had in weeks and it felt wonderful. I watered vegetables and roses and today the roses will get food too. July’s fog is welcome but the humidity is way too much.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
