Day 126

 


Yesterday was the best one in a long time because it was peoply. Museum duty was chatty and interesting and having Michele was a bonus. I need people for  stimulation and acknowledgment.  I like using my resources and I like to be useful. Hollie isn’t feeling well so no shopping trip for closet items yet. I want her to take care of herself. An open day and there are always yard chores plus walking. Might see  Cerise Brown again. She might bring tuna and salmon.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
