Day 99

 Michele visited yesterday and as always we talked about everything. She likes volunteering at the museum. She loves the place, especially the research room. It’s damp outside but later I will wheel myself around the longer block and enjoy it. It seems to be the consensus of my people that I need the walker. I’m not sure it makes any difference but if it makes everyone more secure, then I’ll use it. Had a couple of conversations on my walk. I like a social exchange while exercising

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
