Day 98

 


Boo Hoo, my lunch with Rosalie and Karen is off, again. Rosalie is not feeling well. Someday, we will get our time together. I enjoyed being ta the museum and catching up on everybody’s news. It’s foggy today and I will get out for a walk. I want to push myself and get stronger. The eye exam was okay. My retina is stable. Dr. E. is going to retire in November and I’m sorry about that. He has been my eye doc since 1992. More changes.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
