Day 97

 

Foggy start but hope for sun later. First, Dr. E for an exam. It’s been a long time so it will begin with dilation. I expect to need a change in my glasses as I have trouble with small print and lack of light. Then, first day back at the museum and I’m looking forward to going. Good walk yesterday and the old police uniforms are back at the station. It was a  good duty and good people for years and I had fun as well.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
