Day 124

 


Walked around the block with no interest in expanding my perimeter. Maybe today I will have the energy. I’m hoping Hollie will take me shopping for closet items. I’m in the mood to establish the max use of space. The floor needs attention. I need to vacuum and wipe up the bathroom floor. Jake makes a mess with his drooling and spinning when he anticipates his dinner bowl. JuJu seems to feel better after a few days of low energy. The whole family is on the upswing.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
