Day 123

 


Fog is our blessing in the heatwave that is going on.  I’ll take fog over 100 degrees and higher. Church was disappointing. YouTube failed and I don’t like to watch after the service is over. I want to get back inside for real church. Almost finished with The Plot and I read until my eyes twitch. It is a good novel. I’ll do more watering and weeding today plus another walk with the new walker. It is a good one. I want to shop for closet items too.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
