Day 122

 

I walked. It started as a chore but ended well. I felt better after the effort. Today I will watch church on You Tube and feel uninvolved. I didn’t contact Linda about going to St. Timothy’s because of my lack of energy lately. I will water and weed. I hope to add a couple of blocks. Must push sometimes to prove  myself. Rosalie is  burbling about the chest. It started a cascade of sorting and purging. I want to organize the closet to maximize the space.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
