Day 121

 

The shopping was it for the day. I was flat and uncomfortable with achy joints and headache. The fam helped get the chest moved and now I see how much space I can develop in the closet. I will look for organizing pieces and move forward. I hope to feel better today and get moving at least for a walk around  the block .It bothers me to lose a day to unwellness. I’m enjoying The Plot. Interesting story and well told. Good to spend time reading.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
