Day 119

 


Good duty at the museum. I enjoy being there. Max is an interesting partner. Hollie and I concluded our business with state farm for the homeowners and both vehicles. Nice to get that taken care of. Today I want to make  progress in the closet. I want the chest out of there so I can make sense of the space and my storage needs. Hoping for a walk with a push toward a longer route. Maybe get yard work too. Plus good nutrition today. No snacking.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
