Day 115

 

First day of summer and it is beautiful.. Good walk and I want another one early. I am getting stronger and sturdier. Since April and May when I was low, I have come a long way.. I may not write for story tomorrow. I may tell instead as the blog has the details and I don’t want to repeat.. Church is YouTube again. Not interested in Broodings and I didn’t hear from Linda. Had a visit with Delia yesterday.. Long phone with Rosalie. We share lots.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
