Day 113

 


Yesterday was eventful and enjoyable. I had two walks, one to the museum to take thee gopher stakes and one to the insurance appointment with Hollie.. I learned a lot about property values and how much my property is worth. By adding the car and truck to the house, we all come out ahead. It was tiring and I had a nap afterward. Today I will walk again and push myself to go farther. It’s important to get strong so I can contribute and thrive.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
