Day 112

 

Yes to strawberries. Big and juicy. Interesting day at the museum with IT guys, lawn guys, family working, and a few visitors. I like the duty. Today I will get a new person to look over my homeowners insurance and bring it up to date. I want a new agent. I can’t find old policies so my filing systems failed. I don’t remember clearing it but it’s gone. I want a good walk to boost my stamina. I’m weak and it takes longer to get things done.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
